If you want to make a real difference today and do something good for the earth (and you are a Minnesota resident), email five family members, friends or coworkers and ask them to join your Minnesota Energy Challenge team. We have the technology, tools and means we need to really fight climate change – right now! – in energy efficiency and conservation. And it doesn’t mean being cold in the dark – energy efficiency and conservation means saving money and energy while improving comfort AND doing good for the environment.

Use the Minnesota Energy Challenge to see how you can get the most bang for your buck in making your household more “green.” Pledge to take simple, effective actions, like taking public transportation, using compact fluorescent light bulbs or washing all your clothes in cold water. Then, ask the people around you to take the Challenge with you and save energy. Together we can make a real difference!
